What is the basis for Warburg's claim that "oil has peaked"?

Recession is not imminent in Asia, Europe, or South America. The US may slow but not even the esteemed Henry "Dr. Doom" Kauffman is predicting US recession for at least another year.

That leaves only an imminent and substantial increase in the supply to account for such a bold prediction. Do they offer any tangible proof for said claim? Or is this another "impeccable sources that OPEC is cheating" scam (all while US stocks are doing an El Plunjo)? I hope you will pardon my rather obvious cynicism.
