Agree.GENZ is one of the best comp. in this industry--if you have to believe in a comp.in this field,you have to trust the AMGN,CHIR, and GENZ to know the real values of these smaller comp.I trust them.

In my (admittedly limited) experience, companies don't usually go acquiring with stock when their stock is depressed (as GENZ's seems to be). I can only conclude they want CEGE pretty badly; I think they're getting a good deal -- maybe even too good. JMHO.
