Hi Folks:

Dr. Dave R. Webb passed through Yellowknife on Monday, 18 October and he is now at the Russell Lake massive sulphide deposit owned by Tyhee Development Corp. (TDC-V) and Fortune Minerals (FT-T). He is there to direct a Connors Drilling diamond drill project as described in the latest news releases from each of the two companies. I believe the drill should start to spin sometime today.

Trevor

Mobilized diamond drill rig and crews to its Russell Lake Property.

Phil, if we do enough drilling with the diamond tip drill then maybe we
cover up those dry holes and have someone from New York City that is ready
to sign papers to buy the Brooklyn Bridge, and get this person to watch
us test for diamonds in those dry holes we unholed. We just have to make
sure Dave uses low quality glued on diamond tips on the bits so that
some bits and pieces fall off during drilling.

Release: Series 3 Release 118

Tyhee Development Corp. ("TDC"- Vancouver, the "Company") reports that
it has commenced mobilizing a diamond drill rig and crews to its Russell
Lake Property. It plans to complete a minimum of 640 metres (2,100 feet)
in at least 4 drill holes over the next few weeks.

The drill program will test beneath a massive sulphide exposure that extends
for more than 50 metre (160 feet) in width in an overburden-covered area.

The massive sulphides contain very elevated copper, zinc and gold values
and occurs within an altered Archean intermediate to felsic tuffaceous sequence.

A recently completed geophysical survey revealed a strong conductor and magnetic
anomaly coincident with the exposed sulphides; the conductor has been modeled
by the independent contractor to be more than 65 meters (210 feet) thick.

The Russell Lake VMS Property is located 90 km (55 miles) west-northwest
of Yellowknife, Northwest Territories, Canada. It encompasses a recently discovered
Archean volcanogenic massive sulphide ("VMS") copper, zinc and gold deposit,
partially exposed as disseminated and massive sulphides within a 200 metre
(650 feet) thick by 1,600 metre (5,200 feet) long intermediate to felsic
volcanic and chert horizon.

The Company may earn up to a 60% interest in the Property from Fortune
Minerals Limited. The Property has a 1% net smelter royalty attached to it.

On behalf of the Company, Dr. D.R. Webb, President
