Rob - Re: "Yeah, I think I got my EV68 and EV67 mixed up. So?"
Mixed up ?

You got your Alphanumeric SOUP all mixed up ?

That's a convenient excuse for MAJOR SCHEDULE SLIPPAGES !

Rob - Re: "After all I see roadmaps shifting all the time out there
regardless of vendor. I still expect to see 833 MHz parts
before year-end... EV67 I guess. Personally, I don't know
where the hold-up is in all this, maybe they are having
difficulties binning out certain speed grades hence the
focus on copper + copper/SOI."

Hey !!!

At least Merced is OUT, functional and running 64 bit Operating Systems !

And now Alpha is DELAYED and requires a bail-out from some exotic process improvements which are sure to INCREASE the schedule slippages and DRAMATICALLY DRIVE UP the costs.

Rob....Alpha is a sink hole .
