Interesting choice of terminology, there. When I first read this, I thought, 80% of customers hooked up to DSL within 3+ years? No way.

Now it seems that the first part might be interpreted as DSL "being available" to 80% within 3 years. Still a hell of an ambitious goal.

The ongoing battle between broadband access via cable and via DSL should be fun to watch over next year or two.

And now wireless via cellphones joining the fray.....
