re: Did Batman ever take us to take profits at NASDAQ 2900 or before?

if you expect to reach or exceed prior highs, it is foolish to take profits and market time short term moves, especially when advising a mass audience. Why book gains and pay taxes unless you can get in and out to more than make up for the taxes? Plus, your new basis could be short term now if you go higher than switch to bearish.

Of course, good traders can do profitably make short term trades, but they don't need batman to help them either.

Justa, don't take this wrong, but have you turned into a "rag on anyone but Bob" person or have I missed something? JoeB sure has aggressive market levels that I think are "way out there", but he has been mostly right and good for some time - especially his stock picks! I hope you haven't joined the lemmings who rag on anyone that has a following and some success. 8)
