>>Hope you and your family had a great thanksgiving! Any thoughts on the low volume? At least those selling aren't chasing the bid down. Hope this picks up after good Q results. Do brokerages ever / often initiate coverage on OTC BB stocks, or do we have to "graduate" to NASDAQ small-cap for that? Just wondering.<<

Yes Jason, we had a great Thanksgiving. Thanks for asking. However, the notches in my belt moved the wrong way as a result. Oh, well a few more early morning swims should take care of that problem.

>>Any thoughts on the low volume? <<

I now believe that this stock needs news together with increased volume before it moves higher. Hopefully, news will be coming out soon, and once the fear of the correction abates, then investors should be more comfortable investing for the long term. In my opinion, I believe that those sitting on the fence don't fully appreciate is that this stock is basically trading at fire sale prices now.

>>At least those selling aren't chasing the bid down.<<

That speaks volumes doesn't it! My take is that the people invested already believe in its potential and are the type of investors that companies love - long term holders. I know I don't plan on selling any shares for a long time. What this also does is that it reduces the amount of the shares available for trading. So, when this does start to move we should see some pretty quick moves given the demand and supply principle here.

>>Hope this picks up after good Q results.<<

I hope the Q results are good as well. The fact that the company has not release many news releases could mean that any deals took longer to complete and these results may be rolled into Q 4. This is absolute pure speculation on my part. I also want to remind everyone about how some customers often want deal announcements deferred for awhile.
I can name one small CSN based company in particular who does not want to announce many of their contracts. They want to keep a low profile, and are worried that if they lift their heads up too high they could attract too much attention. If you want the name of this company, please send me a private message. I have been noticing that many of the firms who were worried about spending money on ERP (Enterprise Relationship Programs) type purchases due to Y2K concerns have now started to jump in again. So, if the 3rd Q results aren't stellar, then I bet the 4th Q will be tremendous.

>>Do brokerages ever / often initiate coverage on OTC BB stocks, or do we have to "graduate" to NASDAQ small-cap for that? <<

I really don't know. I do know that the NASDAQ Small cap and National market is where many of the funds have their qualifying bar set. I also believe that the fear of the un-reporting OTC companies will soon be dealt with now that the regulators are clearing up the crud from the market. This should bring many more eyeballs down to the great small companies who can be trusted because they made the grade and they put out verifiable financials etc. . Just like ASI! So, with the extremely positive comments Microsoft made about their products and how they are being used, etc. etc., I bet a few firms have taken notice. In my opinion, they would be stupid not too. Remember, many large companies started out on the OTC (before it was cleaned up).

Now, I will also say that I really want to see the company put out something to add to this comment that they in their last Press Release . . . "ASI is implementing the LABORVIEW.com system this month at one of the world's pre-eminent e-commerce firms."

Who knows, maybe this will be the one part of the 'News / Volume' equation that will get us underway.
