When analysts hold stocks that they put out a buy recommendation for, it puts into question the analyst's objectivity. To avoid the conflict of interest, some avoid holding the stock altogether. In the same sense, it would appear that Tice was attempting to avoid a similar conflict of interest.

Not enough volume to indicate that the market is going against TYC. Just a lack of buyers to cover shorts. Company has said that Tice was wrong. Lower levels lower all ships.
I added more at the lower level.
