Hockeyfan, I think you're right on all counts. If they named the underwriter today, we should still wait at least a month before the S1 is filed. This summers IPO's averaged 94 days between the S1 and the start of trading which puts us into late Feb early March at the soonest. The recent posted e-mails from David Westfere all say that they changed their mind on the S2 self underwriting process, and now intend to go with the S1. It takes longer, but lends a ton of legitimacy to the new issue. <>< fish
