I am sure you are right about Ballmer, but the market isn't going to bid softy up until the DOJ is done, IMO.

I totally agree with that and think it's why Ballmer said what he did when he did, which makes me think they should spin off the internet business as previously discussed, because that's where they most need their new talent. And it's not fair to keep the stock down so they can attract new hires with the lure of big increases in stock options later

I have a lot of MSFT in my portfolio and since the beginning of my investing, I've been annoyed too, but I"m just holding
