People in the corporate world rarely have live TV cameras constantly in their faces -- athletes, astronauts and politicians often do. We see too much of all of them, IMO. Please tell me exactly where you live. If your civil servants pander to the public, I want to move there immediately. I can hardly wait to jump in a DMV line! FWIW, I've run across some damn fine (and hard-working) civil servants. I've never thought of civil servants as a publicly prayerful class, though. Could be I haven't been paying attention. Mike
