Anyone want some additional proof that the information in that memo is 100% accurate? Did you see where Canaccord said the SEC had named Union Securities in a suit? Is the problem US citizens naked shorting in Canada? Mr. Brown recounts the bulletin board troubles of three smaller rival Vancouver brokerages. The Canaccord head states that Union Securities has been named in a civil suit filed by the SEC alleging stock manipulation and fraud.... Want to call them and find out what that is all about Francois? Here is something interesting I found in a post from 1998: But many questioned the post about firms shorting BB stocks in the US. Ryan suggests Union Securities if you wish to short BB stocks, they can be reached @ 1 800 997 6665. I called them, 'Steve' is gonna 'call me back'. Could this be one of the reasons Union Securities is named in a suit? Hard to say, but now you all have a 1-800 number, if you want to pursue this any further.
