Brian I asked this question on another thread and am submitting it again here. I wonder if each year that Selling All stocks at the end of February and buying back at the end of October is better than putting up with all the risk and manipulations during the interim?? Maybe the days of buy and hold are not the best approach anymore??? Yes ??? NO??? ANY Thoughts on this matter?? Do you think that Greenspan and the present political party is trying to topple the markets and that it is time for the voters to make changes? Frank
