From Briefing.com on tomorrow's CPI nos...consensus expectations are for total CPI to increase 0.4% and core-CPI to be up 0.3%... In the wake of the PPI data, there is no room for error... We suspect anything above expectations will be greeted in a bearish manner... Conversely, a report below expectations would be a comforting development, and a near-term rallying point... That said, Briefing.com is forecasting a 0.3% gain in total-CPI and a 0.2% increase in core-CPI.
