Penton Media (PME) is "a business-to-business publisher of magazines serving a variety of vertical markets. It also operates a trade show business," he said. "This is a fantastic free cash-flow business. It`s clearly underfollowed, and we think there`s significant value here. Another top Quinlisk holding is Oak Industries (OAK). This company is "clearly one of the beneficiaries of the telecom infrastructure buildout that we`re seeing here," he said. It is very well-positioned, they have very solid product offerings in each of its divisions, and we think that it`s clearly undervalued relative to where other companies are trading in the group." Quinlisk also likes Xerox (XRX), despite some of the wobbles the stock price has endured recently. The copier manufacturer has "a very good franchise. This is actually a very good business with recurring revenues." "Here`s a company that`s starting to exceed earnings estimates. The financial restructuring has been ongoing here.
