Hi Kid1. I never bothered to publish this till now. When I visited Rock last month. I had lunch with Mr. Kennedy and Mr. Johnston. I posed this very question to him. "Why are you selling your shares on a continual basis and showing little to know "perceived" confidence in RKR"? Mr. Kennedy chuckled and Mr. Johnston was taken aback to say the least. Here is the answer I got, and confirmed from Mr. Kennedy at the table. Mr. Johnston has participated in "every Private placement" for Rock for over a year. He has "millions" of shares and sells his shares so that he can continue to support Rock. So what he is doing is participating in the 15c PP and then selling existing shares so that he has money to participate in the next PP. For those that believe that he is doing well by way of warrants, this is also not true, many of the warrnats and stock that he bought at 50c + are now well out of the money, and the warrants have expired. Mr. Johnston also stated that not only are he and his wife in "deep" with Rock, but he believes in the company so much that he has also got all of his friends into it!! I got to know this gentleman over the few days I was in Vancouver, and I can tell you I appreciate all that he is doing for Rock. We are lucky we have him onboard! the Chief
