Walter- re:stock price... If the press release is about a take over for a 50% premium, yes. (Hey, I am allowed to dream, no?) I think you basically said it. People are hanging onto this stock because they think the MicroOS has a shot at becoming a standard for the music player market, portable or otherwise. I don't see EDig's promise as a protyping factory or OEM for dictation systems. Given the rate the SMDI committee is moving, who knows when this could happen. I was hoping for Xmas, like the rest of the market, but I doubt it. Just my opinion. Jon :)

Possibly a new Lucent announcement, that would be spectacular for EDIG and it's stock price.

Walter, I guess I wasn't the first to read some negative press on EDIG in the November issue of Smart Money Magazine on page 46. I have not followed the stock since my original assessment a few quarters ago. Have not relooked at any of the quarterly reports, so I will refrain from commenting on this brief article. BTW, probably none of my business but I find it highly unusual to see IR personnel or their surrogates posting correspondences on a public message board. Ausdauer
