Frank, I agree, as do the other ZSUN defendents that i've communicated with, that Tobin stepped in it with that email. To refresh your obviously frail memory "However, Defendant Schneider can be assured that I am greatly looking forward to meeting him in court. This also applies to the other defendants, particularly the one who posted threatening messages against my wife and daughter. I wonder if they will have the courage to make threats against an 11-year-old girl and her mother when we meet face to face." This clearly insinuated that we in the past made these "threats" and would not be willing to do so in person. The next time you speak to Mr. Tobin would you please be so kind as to ask him what age his children will have to reach before he sits down with them and tells them of the scummy people and businesses he has been involved with. Frank, twice now you have said that the website that Floyd has tried to get you to look at is his own. ZSUN clearly says in the 10SB that they had an agreement with this highly respected website. If what you say is true then it sounds like is ZSUN is in business with a highly respected web site that Floyd owns. We of course know that's not true, Floyd would never do business with such an unscrupulous outfit as ZSUN, we also know the error that ZSUN made(one of so so many in the 10SB) you could have found it and saved them the embarassement if you weren't so busy touting boring statistics about Asian growth.
