*OT*

I think MSFT will have decent numbers, but I wonder about the forward guidance. I don't like the chart (P&F) and may think about some puts tomorrow, but that would be pure speculation on my part.

I saw the NDX turn and took profits on my QQQ puts. Buy the dip seems to be alive and well. A tame CPI would probably sustain the upward move, so I'm glad to be in cash.

Well MSFT just bounced 3 points in 30 minutes with the market rally into the close.

If the CPI numbers are any where near mute tomorrow, the SEC better stop messing with people like me and lurking around SI and start going after the leaks to the big money. WHAT THE HECK WAS THIS RALLY?!?!?!?

Geez that was quick and strong. I just watched the calls I was trying to get cheap muddle around all day then shoot up to the high for the day in 15 minutes. Praying for a horrible horrible CPI to take these guys to the cleaners.

The charts are looking bullish with this close. HAmmer bottoms all over on the daily charts and tweezers on many of the intra day charts. Bounces near supports with a few violations and a few that quite didn't go far enough but those could be human error <ggg> and running of stops.

Just did a quick search and most of the strong sectors today were again some of the most over sold so no idea how strong or how long this rally could last if the CPI does allow continuation tomorrow. Darn I hate these head games they play.

I guess we won't get a DOW 10K special today anymore.

Good Luck,

Lee
