Here's this reference to a Spencer Eubank. It's an ad:

The guy even gives free lessons in writing.

Not sure if it is the same one, but this Spencer Eubank looks like he writes PR's. You don't suppose that the Spencer Eubank listed as Secretary, now maybe former Secretary to the Corporation, was contributing his services at writing PR's in exchange for stock do you?

I think you are going to have to ask the State of Nevada why they have information that is factually incorrect on their web site.

My opinion is that the official database, which no one has access to from the internet, is probably much more accurate, and they don't correct anything on the internet unless someone notifies them of the error (as I have said before I've assisted clients in getting their information corrected, thus my opinion in this regard is based on some personal experience).

But regardless my opinion, the real answer can only come from the State of Nevada.

As for my prior relationship to the company, in order to keep it from completely going out of business and declaring bankruptcy, I, along with other of my fellow shareholders, helped keep it afloat by paying the bills and taking care of corporate housekeeping until it became EssxSport Corp. Then I stepped back into my role as shareholder and started praying for the success of the company.

So, in addition to my initial investment many years ago, I added spending my own money and using my knowledge and experience to help keep the company alive until it could stand again on its own two feet. Given your comments on the MTEI thread, you may not think it is worth the efffort to do as I have done, but I do. And my fellow shareholders think I'm a hero.

Maybe now you can understand better why I detest so deeply your actions against shareholders. It stands directly opposed to my entire philosophy and behavior. Instead of insulting and ridiculing shareholders of failed or failing companies as you do, I help them with a view toward them one day seeing a return on their investment. When they are clients, I get paid for my work. In this case it just so happens that I am an investor who was able to use the skills gained in his business to assist in salvaging a company that was going down for the count.

I don't expect you to believe any of that, for reasons that I have enumerated elsewhere. However, it happens to be true.

Now, the topic of this thread is EssxSport Corp. I suggest we get back to discussing the company, the fact that it is supplying track and field equipment to the 2000 Olympics in Sydney, the fact that its online store will be opening soon (see eonlinesports.com ) the fact that they will submit their Form 10SB before the end of the year and the fact that they are working daily to build a viable business. Free publicity is absolutely priceless, but we need to discuss the company, instead of my consulting business and how good I am at what I do.
