With regards to those missile crates, I understand from reliable sources that the pakistani Generals tried the OPEN SESAME to open the crates. But later a lowly MOHAJIR clerk found out that OPEN SESAME had to be said in Mandarin and Cantonese consecutively.

Obviously, you delude yourself that once somebody takes possession of the missiles, it is a simple, easy-as-ABC exercise to deploy them.
