I'm momentarily mellowed (I hate when that happens). Four mile walk on the beach with a Lab and a frisbee has potent effect. Doesn't help when weather is glorious (always is after a storm blows through).

Off to market to hunt and gather dinner. "Fresh locals" (shrimp) top the list. This time next month we'll probably have only frozen ones.
