Tomorrow has been set up nicely. IMHO today
looks like a simple exhaustion pattern for the
sellers. The SPX is only 6.7 points higher.
Thirty-seven points of the DJIA is JPM alone.
NAZ is down 1.6%. The vast majority of stocks are
lower with over 400 on the NYSE hitting new
52-week lows to only 10 highs. Volume was slightly
higher, but can be inconclusive because of short squeezes.
Buying volume was definitely not that great as attested
by the 2 to 1 decliners to advancers and new lows> new hi's.
Looks to me a lot of shorts wanted to cover on the close.

BTW, bonds are already 7 price ticks lower and now at 6.32% again.

I hope they rally the SPoos tonight.<ng> If they
come in at 1275 or higher tomorrow morning, God help me,
but I'll be strongly tempted to short right before the
CPI number. I've got to go now and have my head examined.<g>
