agree'd they will wither away quickly, but I would expect some buying for a "flight to quality" even though it's wrong if CPI is generally bad....

Heinz, we are beyond the raise in inflation. Just see the CRB and oil trend. Also in NYC more apartments are available for rent and RE deals are not closing so fast anymore. The market and slowdown in the internet craze is starting to affect the US economy. Forget reports, they failed to indicate inflation during the summer anyway. BWDIK Haim
