Yes, that say's something... that's called a left hand translation trading cycle and is generally construed as a rally in a bear trend.... think about it.... in the bull trending market, notice how quickly the sell offs are... well, the reverse is true in a bear trending market - the rallies are swift and violent.....

Bill, as a rule, bear market rallies are especially swift and sharp.
