5ESS carries margins well above corporate averages and has been growing at nearly 30% YoY. Growth in 5ESS has been stimulated by introduction of 7R/E module, which adds a packet switch fabric to an existing 5ESS. Customers like having a clearly defined upgrade path.

Diamond, I checked on that myself and have heard the opposite. I have also heard that the 7r/e is doing well so far. Brian
