Bob, I may be thick; but, "Energas claims a cash call was made and was not met by Kismet." When I first read this last week I was hoping that Kismet could win out. "Therefore Kismet has the interest in the first well."
Am I wrong, didn't they lose their interest if Energas wins the bout?
