.Trev, I also thank you for posting where one can read what the keynote speaker at the Denver conference said. Eventhought Bobby said it was "lovely", I aliken it to someone explaining the tail end to a 15 year long savage attack of natures elements of wind and rain in the form of tornads and floods and hurricans on a land mass thru remarks of "...the wind and rain has lessened and the sun has shown its rays of warmth, as the people feel better...". To me this lady wasted x minutes of important time and should be replaced with a person with the strength to tell the truth and not hide it because some others will be offended and kick her out. Just give the facts, the good bad ugly rumors truths heresay dumb stupid, and then everyone is ON THE SAME PAGE. But no, Mickey Mouse Time for key_not speaker.
