djia, I think MSFT is starting to look like a pretty good investment in comparison to the PC makers like Dell (ouch!). Even Intel does not look that bad now--actually after its correction, it seems cheap.
Assuming an inline CPI, we could start seeing some ramp up in these companies and some downward moves in the boxmakers (except Apple). Or are we at the end of all the negativitity.

I tend to believe a good CPI means we are set to go up in a big way in the Nasdaq. There is just too much pessimism for it to not rebound.

djia, I am contrarian to the popular belief. The time I was
negative on market was when every one way bullish on market
and dow was at 11300. Also be careful about quoting what I
said, did I say it will hit 70? I said it could hit 200d
moving average which was then at 77. Now 200d mv at 85.
I am stitting on 100% gain this year by being contrarian and
buying at max pain points.
