Whoopi Goldberg wants to be Internet rich, not just Hollywood rich. And talent agency William Morris is right behind her.

The actress, comedienne and all-round 'Hollywood Square' has signed up to do TV spots for Silicon Alley firm Flooz.com. In lieu of cash, she requested to be paid in stock.

"Whoopi said to me on the set when we were shooting, 'Robert, you've got to make me rich,'" said Flooz CEO Robert Levitan. "So I said, 'But Whoopi you're already rich,' and she said 'No, Robert - really rich.'"
