AMD's market share is pretty FLAT at around 12% - and may actually DROP as the K6x demand winds down. Re: "AMD's overhead and depreciation is a fraction of Intel's." AMD's DEBT is LARGER than Intel's !!! By the way - REAL MEN OWN THEIR OWN HEADQUARTERS BUILDING ! Paul
