It seems nobody on the thread likes this deal.I too think that CEGE is not getting enough for the comp and I too will not vote for it ,but my 1000,shs probably won't make a difference either.

Perhaps CEGE's board is facing the fact that CEGE has been mismanaged, and looks for GENZ to bring out the value. GENZ is still a bluechip as far as biotech goes, so one can't get too greedy for a ridiculous drop in it, it has dropped too much already.
