These motions included a one for ten share consolidation and a name change to Gemini Energy Corp. Mark Jarvis, Bruce Campbell and John Hislop were elected to the Board. The Company also announces that it will not be proceeding with the previously announced brokered and non-brokered private placements, as a result of litigation by its former president and the litigation ongoing in Wyoming. Arrowhead Minerals Corp., through its subsidiary Arrowhead Resources (USA), is an oil and gas exploration and development company primarily focussed on exploiting its extensive natural gas leaseholdings in the Pinedale Anticline area of southwest Wyoming.
