Wealth effect = more $ in consumer's war chests which enables them to blithely continue spending which in turn grows the economy (>68%) GDP, which in turn makes business hire more help and pay existing help more money to keep them in order to make the products that the consumers want to keep buying.<ggg> Paying existing help more money also helps fund said war chests.<g>
