In this case the Help would have helped:

Changing a Hot List to a Quote Sheet

You can turn off a Hot List so that it is just a regular quote sheet which won't be updated with a new list. The symbols currently in the quote sheet will remain and prices will update, but the list will no longer refresh every minute.

Select the Hot List window you wish to turn into a Quote Sheet and choose the Hot List command from the Quote Sheet menu. A "Hot Lists" window will appear which will display a list of the available Hot Lists. Un-check the "Set Symbols from Hot List" option check box. Click OK.

You can also change a Quote Sheet to a Hot List by clicking on the "Import Hot List" button on the Quotes toolbar. Un-check the "Set Symbols from Hot List" option and click OK.
