PHCM.. did not look at level II, 209.238.58.46 was trading since 1:45 above the 20 period moving average and ADX was on the uptrend and why was it consolidating above the 20 point MA as opposed to below. RSI was moving up the entire time as well, why didn't it fall below the 50 line? Time of purchase was about 3:02 so what I might have been seeing was a result of the 'news' already. I don't know exactly but that the price of PHCM after my cover was not the way a stock acts when its on a downtrend.
