Don't believe surface appearances. The true goal here was to gain a further beachhead into Central and Southern Europe, and to extend American and NATO hegemony. The liberal media bought the "poor Kosovans" story hook, line and sinker. This was just an opportunity for the allies to gain even more territory in this global game of Risk. I say: Bravo!!!!!
