If he can act that idiotic, and still be funny, then anyone is entitled to be their own self. If someone else does not get it then perhaps it is their problem.

My second choice on the list of comedic geniuses would actually be Lucy or perhaps the writers of the original...

Comedy has never been any better than those early shows and no one was funnier than Lucy. All the while showing off the true range of emotions and conniving abilities of the ADULT female mind.
