Gosh, there are items that could be us sooo easily, High speed access to 77 MILLION customers in three years. SBC agreed to provide internet service to 30 rural areas outside it's coverage (wireless?). Low cost solutions (Marconi?). $6 Billion DSL (whose subscriber systems?)
