Hi Grayhairs,

This line caught my eye in your last post.

<< But, not to worry anyway. In order to reach your premise that Cal Canal may come up "empty", we have to ignore the obvious (that being that the JV already has encountered gas pay at Cal Canal !!). >>

Can you expound a bit more on this?

Regards,

Bob

Great Post GH, When I saw the comment about easy money going to TRIL I had a negative reaction but was too lazy to respond. Sometimes the battles of the work day leave one not anxious for another fight.

Bob

PS: I have CWQ in the TRIL play. Unfortunately I recognize I have long odds and a long wait to find out what I have there. Also, if for any reason CC does not pan out I would think a lot of people would rethink the probabilities of TRIL. Success for one improves the chances of success for all - not vice versa.

as usual gh a good post, you are clearly not one to tolerate facile statements and rightly so, the cc/lucky dog scenario is one busby has formulated and i have seen it promulgated in two separate research reports, sure there is gas at cc it may even be as full of gas as myself but porosity etc will decide if we have a well, bottom line getting antsy hence the not 100% thought out post
