I have hear that RDRAM takes 50% more die size than SDRAM.

Considering that yields are much lower and there is that royalty to RMBS, I would think the cost is a lot closer to 100%.

In that case Intel had better get out a "real" 133 MHZ chipset other than the limited 810e.
