Russ, in this case the company issued a PR for an exclusive purpose of
explaining the recent price action.
We know, so does the company, that the price rise resulted from the widespread anticipation based on Michael's website. There is hardly any other information being circulated. The company had a very easy task to deal with a factual incorrectness of the information, if there was any.
At the same time knowingly allowing false information to circulate and
affect investement decisions does not sound to me like legal. I may be wrong, of course.

Russ I agree, and if the "FAX" is an internal document, then it is not "un-true" as far as the content unless they choose to lie to themselves....The person who leaked the document from the company has some explaining to do.
