Dinesh, Well if you go back to around the date of the bond offering, you can find us all speculating as to it's purpose. Here's as close to it as I can take you with my first search result: Message 10071686 I believe we all did a lot of speculating previous to my link above. But the bottom line is, it's a lot of cash(liquid assets) and it really was never determined what it would be used for. But most agreed, it was a good time to raise some funds, and a good way. Dinesh, You're right, but ... :) As an aside, the foot in the door (of For500) should lead to projects -- is a good theory but doesn't always have to work. It's not as if they haven't been successful with the Fortune 100. Their product is used by 98 of those companies. If product is used by just one division of those huge companies, there's still plenty of opportunity for growth. Having a established a presence in the Fortune 100, now they're going after the other 400. :) --Mike Buckley
