"Directors serve until the next meeting of shareholders" If IMDS never has a shareholders meeting, does that mean the Directors will serve Indefinitely?? I see Linda is at retirement age, how 'bout it Linda? Care to step down and give someone else a go?? Maybe collect your social security checks instead of living off the shareholders? You could sell dances for 10 cents or give a share of the company for a dance. Remember those times?? 10 cents a daaaaaaance......
