Sounds like a big publicity gimmick to me. "Clinton's gone nuts! Those mean conservatives drove him to the edge and kicked him over it while he was down! Oh, he needs our sympathy and attention during these trying times!" Sounds like something he'd pull off to me. Then again, maybe he has gone nuts and we'll be reading in the paper that he shot Hillary, Chelsea and Algore before turning the gun on himself. Hmmm... it'd certainly spear on the anti-gun movement. =P
