>>> Which cyber broker is the best for Dummies - 2 ? <<<

The DATEK was the winner among 5 brokers but,

If you want to invest for long term and doesn't trade often, I would recommend Charles Schwab.

schwab.com

Good:
1. C Schwab is the only cyber broker that sent me the voting materials and company information booklets via mail.
One can expect a quasi traditional broker service from Schwab.

2. It's a big company, which means reliable and provides many different services.

Bad:
1. Trading fee is $30, somewhat expensive among cyber brokers.

--------------
If you graduate from dummy level, I would recommend Dreyfus:
edreyfus.com

Good:
1. Great option site and low fee
2. Fairly good short availability

Bad:
1. $15 per equity trade (not too bad)
2. Does not update your account in real time (fund availability)

-------------

AVOID :

AB Watley and Wit Capital

Had bad experiences with these two brokers.
