I believe you may be correct in your analysis, but from my latest conversations with IBUI; they are going to put a cap on those shares coming out into the market.

They have informed me they are going to be seeking funding in other avenues and look to increase the share price to increase shareholder confidence.

I will hold and see if they follow through with their game plan.

Internet Business's International, Inc. Announces Marketing Agreement and
Net2Loan.net Web site

Business Editors

NEWPORT BEACH, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 19, 1999--Internet
Business's International, Inc. (OTC BB:IBUI - news; www.inbusin.com)
Tuesday announced that it has entered into an agreement with Lifestyle
Mortgage Partners. Under the terms of the agreement, Lifestyle, a
mortgage marketing network having over 100 URLs soliciting home
mortgage applications, will be supplying those leads exclusively to
the Company's new Net2Loan.net Web site operation.
"We're really pleased with this new affiliation," said Albert
Reda, CEO, "Lifestyle lays claim to having generated home loan
applications resulting in over $40 million in funded loans in the past
year. They're the perfect partner to kick off our new Net2Loan.net
operation with a bang."
The Company's mortgage loan website (http://www.net2loan.net) is
currently undergoing final beta testing.
"If all goes according to plan," continued Reda, "we hope to have
Net2Loan.net open within the next 10 days, and we want to hit the
ground running. I read in the Los Angeles Times yesterday that the
online loan industry is expected to top $20 billion this year. Believe
me, with money like that at stake, we're going after this market like
gangbusters."
