forum.stockmaster.com New discussion board for HCI Also find attached an email sent to HCI expressing my personal opinion, which may or may not be accurate, of the way the Company is being run and I use the term 'run' loosely. I could be wrong but most Companies at least try to come up with some text explanation to go along with crappy results. As the people charged with operating this Company continue to gut it to leave nothing but a shell I was shocked to receive the details contained in the latest financial statement. It is utter incompetence to put out such a release with not a detail or explanation concerning the loss which exceeds 100% of the current share trading price. The people supposedly leading this Company continue to demonstrate total disregard for the interests of shareholders through their actions. Money is spent on new 'initiatives' only to see them subsequently dropped. Hillbilly shack, java coast, and the Bay street store once touted as new directions to turn around this boil of a Company are set aside and master franchises sold to former insiders while shareholders continue to watch as the Company continues to be gutted. You guys are crooks the way you continue to operate. Be prepared for class action suits against the 'directors' who are supposed to be guarding our interests while only looking out for their own. With these recent developments and your apparent inability to operate the continually revamped website I smell bankruptcy in the air. A disgusted shareholder. cc: Congratulations!
