Deutsche Bk Raises Glaxo To Buy On New Drug Rollouts interactive.wsj.com H&Q upgrades Glaxo: hambrecht & quist comes out and upgrades glaxo wellcome, believing the stock goes higher for a couple reasons, not only the fact the company has a strong pipeline h. A strong pipeline in 2000, good pipeline in 2001, as well as having a strong pipeline in 1999, but they believe the earnings visibility will send the stock higher over the near term.
