Been working on it. . . . I am finding todays action very peculiar. . . the SPOOS was totally hot. . . as hot as I have seen in ages. . . but I am not convinced that we are seeing broadbased volume. . . it appears Internets are rocking. . . indicating the Individual Investors are buying like mad, however blue chips and small/medium caps are not participating much in this rally. . . . Look at CSCO and INTC and WCOM intradays . . . all sharp gaps up on open then trading lower and lower. . especially bellweather CSCO. We should be seeing green across the board. . . . and we are not. . . that disturbs me. What are the fund managers waiting on? I will be interested to see the second hour, when the more experienced begin taking their positions. . . Still somewhat cautious. . . but very happy having bought extra bargains before the bell.
